Maciej is a great coach. Patient but rigorous and made sure the sessions were adapted and progressed over time. The space is very nice and I would definitely recommend working with him!
I cannot recommend Maciej enough. His training programs are perfectly tailored for each individual and each session is different so never boring! After having my twins a few years ago, I needed to strengthen (rediscover!) my core muscles and his approach to training has done just that, as well as motivating me to take a (much needed...) healthier approach to nutrition in general.

All Star Boxing Gym was attended by me in the 80's, and now my son 20 years old has started training there, a quality gym producing skilled and talented boxers and excellent coaches and trainers.
Best local boxing club. As soon as you walk into this boxing club, you soon understand why it is so busy. The atmosphere is for the serious boxer who wants to improve. It is worth adding the training is KO boxing - no contact unless invited, but rare Mixed men and women train together and from late teens to the pensioner working along side each other the trainers are assertive, no nonsense and the real deal.

Good swimming pool! Overcrowded a times but good working hours. Staff at the desk is very well trained, polite and professional. Prices are reasonable. No long term agreements which is great, easy to sign up, freeze or cancel Never tried their gym, but pool is fine, do give it a go
Excellent facilities, especially the 6 lane swimming pool, and has a lovely community feel about it. Would have given them five stars, however they need to improve their situation with the entry barriers; any tom dick and harry can walk off the street as often is the case. Sometimes as people are leaving via the glass door barrier, several people just stroll in without paying and use the facilities for free.... I sometimes wonder why I even bother with membership! You will often see people standing near the entry barrier waving to the reception staff to let them in and the staff just press the open button and let them through without checking their membership card or credentials. All users should be vetted, what's the point of having paid membership if people are going to use the facilities for free!!???!?!? Parents are the worst offenders, especially as it's free for kids, however they arrive with their kids and they get waived through the barriers and the parents end of using the pool for free with their kids because no one bothers to check whether they are going to the viewing gallery or using the facilities! I would love to raise my concerns with the manager, however they only ever have their 'meet the manager' session during off peak hours during the day time when most regular users are at work! Anyway, other than this grumble, the facilities are great and the reception staff are lovely, especially the German girls who always goes above and beyond with her customer service. I would definitely recommend the QMSC, however management really need to assess the gate security issue.
