5 Georgian House, 10 Bury Street, St. James's, London SW1Y 6AA, UK – 020 7930 0395
I met Mr. Rutherston at his offices in Bury Street and was pleasantly surprised by his depth of knowledge of not just Netsuke but Asian art as a whole. I must admit I spent rather longer than anticipated at his showroom, but came away with a far greater appreciation of Netsuke than before, as well as a really great bargain. This will definitely be my one stop shop in London for any future Netsuke investments.
A fantastic dealer with great knowledge & bundles of experience.

The best local place to have a hair cut
16 Craven Terrace, Paddington, London W2 3QD, UK – 07397 997995
Amazing hair stylist, really lovely person and hair cut was amazing
Received a wonderful haircut and hair education from Mazlinda. She listened intently and was thorough in advising what would work best, which allowed me to make a confident and informed choice on what I wanted. Life can get hectic but Mazlinda's careful handling was utterly relaxing. Thank you.
109 New Bond St, Mayfair, London W1S 1EG, UK – 020 7493 5304
I had a make over by Batou and the result was amazing. From black hair to blond hair and from Long to Short cut. BATOU it’s artistic and understands what hair cuts suit difrent face shape. I love my new hair style
Neil and all his staff are always totally professional and he does the most amazing haircuts. I adore coming to the salon. You will not be disappointed in this haven in Bond Street.

A wonderful selection of books associated with the science and art of Architecture
Good bookshop. I find it quite hot in the winter if you come from outside all wrapped up make sure you take your coat off first.
123 Gloucester Rd, Kensington, London SW7 4TE, UK – 020 7734 5259
Great stock, reasonable pricing, but they have a "no refund" policy unless book is faulty or they have made a mistake. I purchased a grammar/exercise book in error, and went to return it. They would not give me a refund; issued a voucher instead. Not a fan of this policy.
Excellent place to get books and study materials in any European language. It's a rather small shop. So, they cannot have everything in stock, but it usually only takes a day to get what you are looking for, if it's not in store already. My advice, just call them two to three days ahead, then you will never be disappointed!
22 Thurloe St, Kensington, London SW7 2LT, UK – 020 7589 2916
Fairly priced book, very nice atmosphere. You can also buy beautiful gift wraps and greeting cards. The window display looks spectacular . It is a treat to browse among books in such a lovely place.
Great independent traditional bookshop which is a pleasure to visit. Even when closed the often changing window displays remind you of the quality of this small shop. They sell postage stamps, posters, gift wrap and a few greeting cards too. Located one minute walk from South Kensington tube station and so also very near the three museums.
9B Venables St, Marylebone, London NW8 8EZ, UK – 020 7224 8111

Got a taillight and a couple of absorbers from here. The quality was good and the prices - reasonable.

Got me out of a deep mess. These guys know there stuff! Not many of these shops around anymore. There is a reason they are still around. Saved me a few £££ rather than going to my local garage. Will def be using them again in the future!
Very efficient staff, obliged to help whenever they can. Always pleasant, keep to their word.

I recently bought an approved Mini from Mini Park Lane. What an easy experience it was. I was met by friendly reception staff and made very comfortable and then I met Conor Hamilton. He is a credit to the company. He was polite, professional and knew his subject inside out. It was a pleasure to be in his company and to do business with him. His after care service is outstanding. His knowledge of Mini and the process needed to buy a car are comprehensive and he helped with all the issues that I had difficulty with making everything super easy. I would certainly recommend that if you are thinking of buying an approved Mini go and see the team at Park Lane, you will not be sorry. Every person that I met provided a most excellent service. I was made to feel important and the team showed interest in my needs and provided exactly what I wanted. I am now racing around in the prettiest mini having an absolutely super time. All thanks to Conor and his team. Thank you very much. I am very happy. And they have the best loo too !!!!!
I recently test drove and subsequently bought a MINI from Laura at MINI Park Lane and I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service I received from Laura and the team from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone there and they couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the car itself if you are looking into getting one. Many thanks again, Felicity

Great service! I just came in without prior appointments. They fixed my bike fast and even included some spare parts for free. It costs nearly nothing and I hot some good advice from mechanic(I believe his name us Mike). Will definitely use them on regular basis now.
Really good and friendly service. I was so impressed by the knowledge and recommendations of the staff. I took a bike into get it fixed, it had a lot of problems and the staff very patiently explained the best way to fix it. Even when the shop was busy they were friendly and helpful. The mechanic was amazing and explained a lot of things about the bike. He really went out of his way to help me. Thank you Michael.
152-160, Wardour St, Soho, London W1F 8YA, UK – 020 7432 4400
Lovely building and location. Staff let you get on with looking around and no pressure. In fact they all seem very chilled. One member of staff spoke to us on the top floor with the pianos. He was pleasant and friendly. The building was super hot but it was super hot outside. A nice historic building and the piano salesperson was happy to tell us about the past of the building. Great selection of items although would have liked to have seen more brass out and would like a practice booth.
Limited in average real pianos, but with a selection of 60k+ expensive grand pianos. As an "all in one" shop for Yamaha's music department, you don't get their full selection of instruments, like a small strings department (classical) and only 2 electronic drum kits you can play. They also have synthetic/keyboards and other instruments. Yamaha downstairs have all their guitars, and there are a lot of them, although a lot of them are the same body shape. Shop nice and cool. Feels nice to be in.
First Floor, 60 Tottenham Court Rd, Bloomsbury, London W1T 2EW, UK – 020 7580 1785
Got a Sony d6c repaired by them,no problems from start to finish, cost was a bit steep, but one of these players are now valuable so to have it working again is worth it,also I got some good advice off Vic who I dealt with throughout, which in the long run will save me money, thanks guys.
Excellent service and first class, prompt, communication by email and 'phone. When I needed someone to repair my Sony Walkman Pro, Galaxy Repairs and Spares were one of only 2 companies of the many I contacted I contacted who took the trouble to respond to my enquiry, and the only one I trusted to carry out the work because of their previous experience with these machines. When a repair wasn't possible, they sourced a replacement unit, in fantastic condition, and got it posted back to me within a week of my original enquiry. I'll look no further than Galaxy for any future repairs I need attended to.

Having read Good reviews on Mayfair Prestige and after selling my Lamborghini, I decided to arrange a visit with my son Alex to view a Ferrari F430 Fi Coupe, from the time I arrived, I knew this was the car I wanted, and most importantly, the Company I wanted to do business with. Daniel was truly a delight to do business with, trust worthy, no pressure and delivered the car to exactly what he said he would do. Daniel, cant thank you enough for a wonderful experience, your Hospitality, and a wonderful car that's just truly amazing, the Family Love it. Thank you for all your help
The service provided by them to me when I purchased my Q7 was outstanding. There was a defect in the car spotted after I purchased it, without fuss (which was a massive relief for me), they took it from me and had it repaired by audi and fully serviced (again done right), in the interim I was provided with a courtesy car and was given regular updates on the progress of the repair. If I had to buy again I will look at them first. Extremely trustworthy Thanks Dan for facilitating the sale and for the support while the car got fixed!
Berkeley Hotel, Wilton Pl, Belgravia, London SW1X 7RL, UK – 020 3053 0761
Absolutely love it. I was allowed to enter and make soms pictures of the cars that were in the showroom. Very nice people behind the desk who allowed me to take a look at the engine and even sit in one of the cars! Excellent service and definitly reccomendable for any ferrari fan!
Friendly staff, who I feel sorry for for putting up with us dreamers, are welcoming and happy for you to take photos and have a chat. Will visit again next time I'm in London.

“Nice clean service station , staff extremely polite . Outside and inside lovely presentation . Prices are not expensive for central London , just the fuel is , but it’s understandable as you’re in the heart of the city!! So I don’t understand people keep complaining about it .... “
I have to give them 4 for being in the centre of London where you don't expect petrol station at all otherwise it would have been lower. Very convenient for especially taxi drivers.

Been coming to this shop and the hanger lanes store for years. Both are truly exceptional. Happy to let you browse yet happy to assist when required. Never any pressure to buy. Ladies section here is excellent. Keep up the great work.
Johnny was very helpful got me in a one piece leather suit in two sizes to try on, I was told it was outta stock but he spent the time to make sure he could get it and was willing to try source it from somewhere else if he couldn’t. One my favourite oxfam shops - very tidy, with a good choice of clothing and books, and lovey staff!
A good selection of cheap books and always in good condition. I pop in once a week and they regularly refresh the books and remove old stock The shop is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful.

An amazing pharmacy with very high quality customer service. Batool , the Head pharmacist is a young capable diligent and conscientious pharmacist who is precise and helpful at the same time, and delivers exactly what you would expect of a grade A pharmacy
Very professional, attentive . Highly recommend this pharmacy to my patients

Excellent staff ! I was given the right advice what to do ! Very precious and knowledgable people ! It’s very rare to find specialists in that level in London .I do highly recommend it !

34 King's Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 4UD, UK – 020 7259 9620
Great for kids hair cuts as it has a big aquarium, books to keep kids busy and high chairs as well. The hair dressers are experts at cutting kids hair. My son loves the 'gold coin' and sticker he gets after a haircut. Also, a classy British selection of kids clothes and toys.
i love their cute baby girls dresses omg
139-141 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 6SU, UK – 020 7937 9373
The hairdresser Anna is great. She was brilliant with my son during his first hair cut. We even received a certificate of honour for having his hair cut for first time at Trotters. The shop is beautiful and always loved their clothes.
This brand does the most gorgeous and traditional baby and children's clothes. The patterns and styles take me right back to my childhood. Everything in this store is timeless and beautiful quality, although it does come with a big price tag. Great for gifts. They also have a small range of books and ballet wear.
324 Oxford St, London W1C 1JA, UK – 020 7493 0040
Been here for my daughter's birthday dress. Limited but some nice designer collection for young girls. We found what we wanted.
Many thanks to Andreea the manager of this shop !thank you for your help on last saturday!
90 Brompton Rd, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1ER, UK – 020 7838 0018
WARNING : do not order from their website as it is a scam. Hidden charges increase cost by up to 50% despite free delivery and return claims. However the shop itself is excellent if rather conservative in its range. I found sizes good for very fat or very tall but simply large like me (6ft 7 and 300 lbs with 42 inch waist ) was less well catered for. I found some perfect jeans but £150 to £250 excessive. I spent £800 on clothes that would cost £300 for a regular sized guy.
Very helpful staff and nice clothes unfortunately way to expensive for what a lot of it is. As I can get made to measure for the same price or less. But they are very helpful and not to pushy.
34 Pembridge Rd, London W11 3HL, UK – 020 7792 1715
Vast selection of retro and vintage clothing, enhanced by the other retro shops on the street from the same company. Although mainly pre-owned clothing the standard is very high. I looked for fraying and only found it on items that were designed that way.
Staff are just weird. Great fashion poorly displayed.
23 Beak St, Soho, London W1F 9RS, UK – 020 3157 7000
Extremely well-made British designed clothing, always made in Europe in sustainable ways.
One of the few places to buy made in England clothing (or Portugal) at affordable prices. Ignore the idiots who think that £50 is too much for a tee shirt. They are welcome to spend their money buying five rubbish shirts from Topman. If you want quality and ethical clothing go here. Just a word of warning, the fits are very boxy as this is a workwear band.
2-3, 529-533 Oxford St, Mayfair, London W1C 2QN, UK – 020 7495 3776
I wish they would've has more stretchy clothes and tops with 3/4 sleeves... Lovely patterns and fabrics on both dresses and trousers... Unfortunately all the trousers where high waisted 🤐.
Great plus size shop. There was a nice selection of neutral pieces instead of the embellished plus size clothes that are available in the US. Staff was slightly helpful the could have been a little more attentive. Good overall experience.
120 King's Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 4TR, UK – 020 7581 8607
Went here today to try on dresses for my bridesmaids and had the most fantastic experience. Steph and Kate were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were offered champagne and a top up..... we were not rushed and the whole morning was lovely. I would defiantly recommend for anyone looking for a bridesmaid dress or just a dress for themselves.

Macbook 12" needed a new logic board. They said it would take 3/4 days, it took 2. No waiting around in the shop. Friendly, professional - you actually meet the technicians, which is reassuring. For Mac repairs I won't go anywhere else now, having brought three here over the last couple of years. I used to purchase music gear from them in a previous job - always has been a reliable well-run company. iPhones they have to send away, so the miserable apple store is still the best place to go for them, unfortunately.
Very helpful and sympathetic staff. Fixed an OS problem with my Mac in about half an hour. Great customer service + they really know their stuff!
48 Tottenham Court Rd, Bloomsbury, London W1T 2EF, UK – 020 7096 5008
Absolutely outstanding service- the whole team greet the customers with a smile and they go to any measures to make sure that you get exactly what you want. They replaced my cracked iPad screen in a matter of minutes. It now looks as good as new and the prices are more than fair. I will definitely be back :)
Oh god! Gideon is a very welcoming, professional and promising young gentleman. He has incredible listening skills, professional but still warm manner and solve everything like a wizard! What else would you want it:-)? Pearl

I found the staff in this shop to be friendly, efficient but also a bit pricey. However, they resolved my problem of a broken tablet - PC World had previously not wanted to fix this and been surly so lost my business to Shyamtronics. I will definitely consider this shop again for any tech issues.
I ordered a Microsoft Universal Keyboard for tablets on Saturday and got a phone call to pick it up on Monday! Excellent speed and price was good. Bit more than internet but then again I didn't pay for shipping. Was a bit worried about the reviews the place have but can only say my experience was total opposite to the negative reviews. Will go here again for sure as it's close and convenient for me.

16 Leinster Gardens, London W2 6DR, UK – 020 3095 7740
Very good and quick service, great communication. Helped me find out what was wrong with my Mac and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.
These guys did a great job in fixing my laptop. I'd taken it to another repair store before them and all the bloke in there did was try and sell me a new one. The mates here repaired it and managed to recover the data at a very reasonable price and I had them install new software and updates, as well. Great service, I'm really lucky to have found them. Otherwise, I'd be stuck with an unnecessary instalment plan for a new laptop, when I have so many other things I do need to spend my money on. Thanks!
31a Goodge St, Bloomsbury, London W1T 2PR, UK – 0333 014 3508
Great service. Quick and easy. Could offer a fixed price list to make things more transparent but all in all excellent. They fixed my phone where apple could not.
Langham House, 302-308 Regent St, Marylebone, London W1B 3AT, UK – 0800 083 6646
Great service, called just before lunch and had a prompt booking for the afternoon. Alex was an excellent technican who quickly set about sorting out my IT problem. He was obviously skilled and after sometime got my PC working correctly. Very good service and I would highly recommend.
Your technician Brian called today to service our office computers and network server. He was both polite and friendly and showed exceptional skill with small business networks and every aspect of computing. Having used PC Callout several times in the past, it's a service that I have come to rely on and I must say that I've never been disappointed. The best part of the service is that you are usually able to send out an engineer on the same day - so my business suffers as little as possible from any disruption. My family and friends also use your company and so I would be more than happy to recommend PC Callout to anyone - the speed and level of service offered is hard to beat.

152 Camden High St, Camden Town, London NW1 0NE, UK – 020 7267 3805
As a shop is not very nice as you are closely being watched by the shopkeepers, its overpriced and staff is not helpful but as a craftshop is ok because it has a wide range of products and its available for your spontaniuos ideas. I was pleased when it got opened. If this would be my shop id hire happy craft people who would be inspired by customers and would be willing to advise.
The choice is ok, it's really overpriced and the staff is not there to help you but to watch you in case you steal something....
1, 216 Kensington Park Rd, London W11 1NR, UK – 020 7727 5192
Great variety of products but as the quality is high so are the prices!
Gorgeous little local art shop with really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Some of the products were maybe a little rough around the edges, but generally a good selection and a lovely place to walk around and get inspired!
Unit 2, Market Hall Lock Place, Chalk Farm Rd, Camden Town, London NW1 8AL, UK – 020 8616 4647

Nice place to buy Anime DC and Marvel merchandise and etc.

Second time renting a carpet cleaner from HSS St. John's Wood. The last time, the soap dispenser did not work and I had to go all the way back (by taxi) on my dime to get a new adapter wand. They credited me for the bottle of soap (7.00 on a 15.00 taxi ride). But the chap was very apologetic and courteous, so I figured I'd try again. This time I booked online to get a discount on delivering the unit to save on taxi fare. When the delivery man arrived, the top of the cleaning solution broke and half the bottle was (thankfully) in the machine and easy enough to save for cleaning. However, there was a piece that appeared broken on the part of the machine that retracts the water. The delivery guy said that it was tested, so it should be fine. Fine it was not. It is leaking dirty water all over the carpet (making the cleaning that much more meaningful). I called to report the issue. Once again, the chap on the phone was very sweet, noting they'd send another machine to swap out tomorrow. The problem is, I've emptied out two rooms and vacuumed everything with the intent to get it all done today. I really want to like this place, but two broken carpet cleaners on two separate occasions = last time using HSS. How hard can it be to make sure these units work properly before they leave the shop?
Great service and sorted out hire extension over phone. Equipment was hi spec. Collected on time too.

32 Maddox St, Mayfair, London W1S 1PU, UK – 020 7629 5088
Come here if I’m working in the area, always helpful even if there is a slight wait for service. Prices are high but what you would expect for a central location. I feel as though the prices I paid were not bad.
As far as little hardware stores go this is a pretty good shop. It can get quite busy sometimes, so you might have to wait to be served but the staff are usually pretty good.
60 Brewer St, Soho, London W1F 9TN, UK – 020 7494 0671
Pros: Cheapest Key Cutter in Central London I've found so far. Almost half the price of the others. Cons: Staff were slow to serve and took 25 minutes to cut my key cos they were chatting on the phone or making deals in store with suppliers. I was told 10 minutes and had to come back twice which made me very late for a job. If they can improve their attitude towards customer service I will give them more stars. Verdict: Cheapest key cutting around but make sure you leave extra time as they're not in a rush.
After going to numerous electrical supply stores looking for a special lamp, it took less than 2 mins for the staff to find the correct one for me. Staff was very knowledgeable n helpful (I think was the manager) saving me time and energy in this scorching heat.
Victoria St, Victoria, London SW1W 9SJ, UK – 020 7976 6555
Upstairs (inside Victoria Place) my experience has always been good, they are far more better then online and any other florist shop in Pimlico/Victoria in terms of quality and in terms of price, can't complain about anything, they have always been polite to me, they also do dimonti in the roses, tend to go for roses and this is the perfect place for me go to on valentines day and anniversary etc. Hope my experiences always stay positive & hope this business thrives as it deserve to, surely it should be 5 stars on google!
Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 7GQ, UK – 020 8743 8032
What incredible flowers I purchased from Galton Flowers they were not only exotic but also lasted for over two weeks.
14 Clifton Rd, London W9 1SS, UK – 020 7286 1155
I have been going to Absolute Florist for the past few years and the people working there are very helpful and polite. On at least two or three occasions I have been given flowers because they do not think they will last as long as they should. No complaints. You get what you pay for.
One of the best creative florists in London pricey but worth it if that's what you're looking for.

Wonderful! Whenever I am in the area, I head for Lina's. I have been shopping here for 30yrs and never disappointed with the superb quality of produce. Fresh cheeses, cured meats, homemade pasta, sandwiches, panettone, panforte, sauces, tasty bread & herbs. The shelves are stacked high with delicious, authentic Italian produce. The lovely, 70yr old shop is full of history & the staff are, obviously, proud of their history. Friendly & happy to answer any questions. The displays are eye- catching and truly beautiful. Don't walk by, pop in to Lina!
Wide selection of quality Italian produce. Try and visit if you can, you won't regret it.
40 Delancey St, Camden Town, London NW1 7RY, UK – 020 7485 2351
Very authentic local store. Proper Portuguese food. Always fresh and tasty with lots of suggestions. The real thing; Small gem a short walk of the high street.
They sell frozen frango and it tastes amazing. Way better than nandos and chain chicken.
100 Mount St, Mayfair, London W1K 2TG, UK – 020 7499 6843
This is the loveliest little deli. Everything from the setting in the picturesque Mount St. with a wonderful little churchyard garden just round the corner, to the array and quality of food and last, not least, the staff behind it whom I proudly call friends. Is there anything more wonderful in an ordinary day when you look forward to a cup of coffee - with limited selection in Mayfair this is definitely the most flavourful -and you are welcomed by name at the door while your coffee is already in the making.
favourite in london! amazing charming street and decoration, great interior, coffee and food! perfect for any time of day
22 Torrington Pl, Bloomsbury, London WC1E 7HJ, UK – 020 7436 1929
Edona and Mark really are the nicest ! They make my smoothie almost everyday and I couldn’t be treated better. They are always smiling, kind, positive and offer really good service! 5/5 would recommend this PO to anyone!
This a very nice store, if you are looking for a wide range of organic and healthy items. A bit pricey, but that’s something usual in that range of items. It’s conveniently located, quite clean and well sorted.
10-11 Warren St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 5LG, UK – 020 7387 9289
Delicious vegan smoothie. It felt really homemade. Nice portion, good value and friendly service.
Delicious veggie burgers. The juices are all organic and freshly squeezed - I had carrot, orange and ginger and it was well balanced and very generous size. Very friendly and helpful service. Very reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.
64 Gloucester Rd, Kensington, London SW7 4QT, UK – 020 7584 4815
Thanks Barray for your guidelines. That really help me out a lot for living better life. One shop stop for all healthcare products. I will recommend all to go and find their needs here.
Terrific range of stock with a well-informed owner. And the fabulous Dr Huang in the basement for spectacular results using acupuncture. My go-to in Kensington and Chelsea.
2 Barker Dr, London NW1 0JW, UK – 020 7387 7080
This review is mainly for the Cafe, as I have not really bought any plants here. This place is a lovely hidden gem. After not being able to stand being in a crowded library or noisy coffee shop to do my work, I decided to go off the beaten path and I am eternally grateful that I did! The cafe offers really grate food and reasonable prices and a really nice selection of teas. The staff has all been exceedingly kind, and the atmosphere of the cafe is a wonderful change of pace. Quiet, spacious, plenty of outlets, free/fast wifi, and natural light have made this my go-to study spot.
Great selection! Convenient and affordable. Worth a visit. They have loads of indoor and outdoor plants in all sizes and prices. Really amazing selection of succulents and cacti especially.
5A Clifton Villas, London W9 2PH, UK – 020 7289 6851
Super duper local nursery. Great selection of plants. Well presented and maintained. Great staff offering good advice. Prices are actually reasonable considering the quality. A very well run cafe restaurant on site makes your trip even more enjoyable.
Beautiful nursery in Maida Vale. Plenty of plants and flowers choices. It’s a lovely garden and there is a coffee shop called the Quince Tree Cafe, just inside the greenhouse. Perfect for a Sunday brunch or an afternoon tea. The nursery is located 5 minutes walk from the pretty Little Venice.
78-80 Earls Ct Rd, Kensington, London W8 6EQ, UK – 020 7937 0481
Great selection of plants. Reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Always pop in for a snoop if passing.
Helpful staff, limited plant selection though not bad for a central London place!
Unit 1162, Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, London W12 7GD, UK – 020 8743 4996
Lovely staff with loads to offer. Can always get charms online for less but my girlfriend likes to look!
I bought some earrings for my sisters 30th birthday but she did not like it. Came there to bring them back but I was turned down by the sales advisor. I got upset so I called the store manager. She asked me to come back. I exchanged the earrings.Happily paid the difference and my sister is happy now.
250 Oxford St, London W1C 1DJ, UK – 020 7493 1682
Really great service in H. Samuel. Never disappointed. Thank you!
I bought a wedding ring yesterday from here. Couldn't have gone to a better place. Elaine was the sales associate who was wonderful and very helpful! If you go there make sure you meet Elaine she is wonderful.
277 Oxford St, Mayfair, London W1C 2DL, UK – 020 7629 6581
Friendly and helpful staff. Steven the assistant manager was also kind enough to put my partner's engagement ring into the sonic cleaner as we browsed for wedding rings.
Its a small place and is usually empty but the staff is kind and helping. We went to buy a watch there which they didn't have so they arranged for it from a shop outside london and managed to get it for us in less than 24 hours.
23/26 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London W1J 0DJ, UK – 020 7437 7399
I appreciate the convenience of Cotswold Outdoor Piccadilly, as I can cycle there to buy outdoor equipment at short notice. The in-store selection is great, and all the best brands of equipment feature there. If I search online for "the best hiking shoe/the best water filter/etc.", Cotswold's invariably has it. The staff are always positive and happy to help. I have always had pleasant experiences with issues such as returns and applying a discount retroactively.
Usual selection of stock and helpful staff. This chain always has good staff who know their stock. It's refreshing.
188 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 7RG, UK – 020 7937 0872
Really helpful guy who served us eventually, the first guy I asked for help was pretty unhelpful or bothered
I wondered if I would find everything I needed for a trip here due to the small shop front. I need not have worried, this place is like a Tardis with a downstairs too! All the usual Cotswold stuff and friendly staff to boot :)
Cardinal Place, 28 Palace St, Westminster, London SW1E 5JD, UK – 020 7630 4969
Just been there few days ago to exchange my coat and the sales person was so helpful and great. I felt so valued as a customer and motivated to go back there. It is not a v big store but has lots of things. The best customer service I have ever experienced in UK. Thank you so much!!!
Not a great selection of kids wear and got overcharged on what I did purchase. Had to return for refund once realised.
308 Portobello Rd, London W10 5TA, UK – 020 8969 7894
I love this place. Really care about animals and know their stuff. Perhaps some of staff are reserved so maybe that’s why the other 1 star reviews but I think that’s unfair. They’re nice people with good stock at decent prices.
Always go to this place.. have been going for years!
85 Camden Rd, London NW1 9EX, UK – 0345 600 6082
They have a wide selection of animal products and great service. Sometimes the store can be packed and there’s only one person working on the till which makes the waiting time really long. Other than that, they’re great.
I was very nervous about taking my dog to be groomed. He was in need of a complete shave and can be snappy. The staff done an amazing job!!! They were so friendly and knew their stuff. The end result literally had me in tears it was such a great job. I felt like I was taking home a new puppy. Would definitely reccommend.
44 Birchington Rd, North Maida Vale, London NW6 4LJ, UK – 020 7372 5693
Great pet store!!! Looks deceptively small from the outside... but once you go in, it’s HUGE!! Really nice staff, and everything you could to take of anything from a dormouse, to an elephant! If you have any kind of pet, or even if you just want to feed the birds in your garden, this is the best place to come to for everything you need.
Large pet and pet supply store located off Kilburn High Rd. Very well stocked and always seeking to improve. Extensive aquarium supply. Small animals and birds sold on site. Although pet stores are increasingly rare in the city, by putting animal welfare and psychology first, it should continually improve.
33 King's Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 4LX, UK – 020 7259 9960
Really nice store. I went in shopping for a gift for my girlfriend. I was greeted by one of the staff who then helped me find gift options, putting together outfits and helping to explain the different uses of products. She even gift wrapped the product, and gave me a leaflet letting me know of future events they have in store, providing me with an invite. Shame they don’t do men’s but a really easy shopping experience for Nike Women’s stuff
Female Nike product shop. Wide range. Staff are friendly and helpful
Queensway, London W2 4YH, UK – 0343 777 1293
Good sized store, friendly and responsive staff. A bit messy to be honest, maybe the organisation and tidy up happen once a day, but you get good discounts as always
Despite the current situation with Sports Direct, the staff here are always helpful and upbeat.
4 Eccleston St, Belgravia, London SW1W 9LN, UK – 020 7222 1314
My favourite specialist running store in London with a wide range of shoes, accessories and apparel for both women and men, road and off-road. They might have some junior stuff too. The staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Since moving from their previous location they've discontinued the discounted racks, but the choice is still as good as ever. They sell gift cards ! They'll also accept old running shoes for recycling. Near Victoria Coach Station, and a short stroll from the tube.
I tried 5 different running shops all over London today before landing on this one. This is definitely the most prepared and equipped shop I found. The staff is extremely helpful. They helped me finding the right shoes after suggesting to try 7 different pairs, and later do side by side comparison. Also, conversely to all other shops, they let you try the shoes outside on the road and not on the treadmill. That makes a tremendous difference if you are going to actually run on the road.
2 Margaret Ct, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8EU, UK – 020 7637 3063
Very friendly and helpful place, they went above and beyond helping me out with packaging up a parcel I had to send in a hurry! Cheers!
Very helpful staff! Best shop around!

The employees at this Ryman are the best. Very polite and happy to help in any way. If only every store in town had this level of customer service. Thanks!
Good service You can find anything from cartridges for printers to whiteboard marker pens and everything in between

Really pleased with my TV that I bought from them! Delivery was fast and their customer service team was really helpful in helping me to pick out the right model for my needs. I'll be back to buy my next TV from these guys in the future.

I wish to publicly thank the B&O gentleman at Harrods who last week Thurs (5.7.18) assisted me to resolve my problems of not being able to automatically pair my new E8 earphones with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus phone. I was having to manually pair my headphones each time I went to use them. My other problem was the volume being barely perceptible I took them out of the box to use. The gentleman knew straight away what the problem was. It transpired the E8 headphones needed a software update which took about 45 mins, after which all my problems would be resolved. This it was. Thank you so much for kindly giving up your valuable time to help me. I greatly appreciated your help and expertise. 👏

We were looking for a particular colour combination of silks, and worked our way through 3 or 4 shops before we got to the silk society. NONE of the other shops had adequate variety of colours, but The Silk Society had an amazing selection of all the colours we wanted, AND amazing customer service. Valentina helped us pick out six colours and then asked what we'd be making, so that she could recommend lengths of each. They also made us a sample card (two of us shopping, one taking the fabric, the other the samples). Simply fantastic, and 100% recommended.
Very nice customer service and helpful. Prices are fair. The selection of fabric is really varied and lush. A breeze of fresh air compared to other shops in the area which have awful unfriendly staff. Will come back for sure and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Neal and Palmer sells truly unique waistcoats! I bought a waistcoat here for my wedding. When I lost one of the buttons, they sent me spare ones (to the Netherlands) for free, great service!
Did a tuxedo for hire here. Excellent and quick service

Encountered Moncharm at the Ideal Home Show some years back & have learned so much about the fine wine market since. Very knowledgeable & passionate people would recommend
very happy with their customer service would highly recommend.

Best little wine store in London - if you like Spanish wine this is your new home.
Excellent service, I popped into Moreno and spoke to one of the sales guys (Daniel I think) and explained to him what I like and he suggested about a half dozen wines he thought I'd really like. I asked him to pick one for me which he did and wow!!!! A perfect pick, I couldn't believe it! Their wines are more expensive that the wine you get at your run of the mill supermarket but not by much and given the quality of the wine and the service level I think it's worth it.
