I'd love to give ten stars. Had it everyday for a week stay in London. One can make various combinations with available stuff. Chicken, beef, duck, veggie and so on. Everything is made in front of you. Affordable £6-9 per serving. Wonderful experience. Welcoming staff. Overall: 10/10 Hit like if this review helped you!
Good priced, fast, food for the go. There aren't many seats and unfortunately there are customers that would stay seated, even without consuming. So you may need to find somewhere to eat standing.

I have been coming here since 1990. Now I go with my son. This is the best Pakistani kebab/curry house in London -- for value and quality. It was a small place in the early 1990s with three tables and an open grill, with the main kitchen downstairs -- now it has expanded in the back. The daughter of the owner now runs it (the old owner passed away some time back, although his wife lives above the restaurant). although the main chef is still the same (trained by the lady owner). Two brothers now run the grills and serve. Everyone is friendly. The prices have doubled in the 28 years that I have been coming, but it is still the best value for money. They had tried all sorts of decor over the years -- plants, wall coverings etc -- but the current understated decor suits them, as this is a place where you come not for decor but for the mouth watering food.
Nice place to eat with friendly staff. It's quite simple and not too pretentious with ethnic sitars playing in the background. Sadly they don't accept cards for payment which is absolutely stupid. Welcome to 2018 and please invest in credit and debit payment. It's not a dhaba, it's a restaurant in London and please start behaving like one.

Excellent Indian restaurant in Camden. Firstly, the location is perfect. Less than 2 minutes walk from Camden Town Station or Mornington Crescent. Secondly, the food was amazing. I heard good things about Maharani from friends and decided to take my family there for dinner. My wife and kids loved it. If you are looking for a restaurant that won't hurt your wallet then Maharani is definitely the place to go as it is affordable. Would recommend them to anyone. Service was amazing too, the staff aren't afraid to have a laugh. Very friendly and approachable. They make you feel comfortable. Thank You again Maharani Camden for the delicious meal!
Great customer service, very friendly and informative. I asked for a spicy dish and was told to try a chicken dhansak, which was mouth-watering and hit the exact spot! Only criticism I can think of was an extra squeeze of lemon juice to create a little tang. That being said highly recommend this place for a beautiful indian with an intimate and sophisticated ambience.
